8 - 12 Years old - Requirments - Acrobatic Arts: bridge recover and handstands are required; confidence with front walkovers, back walkovers, one arm cartwheels is strongly encouraged

13 + Requirments - Acrobatic Arts: bridge recover, handstands, front walkovers, back walkovers, and one arm cartwheels
